Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges requested for the customer’s convenience are not accepted.
However, if an item has an initial defect or was sent in error, returns or exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:
• The customer contacts the Company via CONTACT on this site within seven (7) days of delivery.
• The item is unused, and its tags remain attached.
• All accessories and the delivery statement are included.
Once the returned item is received following the Company’s designated procedure, it will be exchanged for the correct item. Exchanges for a different item, color, or size are not available.
If the correct item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
For items purchased at a physical store, please contact the store directly for inquiries or issues.
Return and Exchange Procedures for Faulty or Incorrect Items
1. Contact Us:
Within seven (7) days of receiving the delivery, please contact us via CONTACT on this site. Provide the following information:
• Order number
• Name
• Address
• Telephone number
Please note that returns or exchanges may be declined if you do not contact us in advance.
2. Returning the Item:
Return the item with all tags, accessories, and the delivery statement intact, following the Company’s instructions.

Refunds
For purchases made using a credit card, refunds will be initiated by contacting the credit card company after the returned item is received and confirmed.

• Refund processing times depend on your credit card provider’s procedures.
• If you have questions about the refunded amount or timeline, please contact your credit card company directly.
