Returns and Exchanges

Please note that our return policy is governed by Japanese consumer law. Statutory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence do not apply to purchases made from our store.
While returns or exchanges requested for the customer's convenience are not generally accepted, exceptions may be considered at the Company's discretion in cases where a valid reason is provided. Please contact us via CONTACT on this site to discuss your situation.
However, if an item has an initial defect or was sent in error, returns or exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:
• The customer contacts the Company via CONTACT on this site within seven (7) days of delivery.
• The item is unused, and its tags remain attached.
• All accessories and the delivery statement are included.
Once the returned item is received following the Company’s designated procedure, it will be exchanged for the correct item.
Exchanges for a different item, color, or size are not available.
If the correct item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
For items purchased at a physical store, please contact the store directly for inquiries or issues.

Return and Exchange Procedures for Faulty or Incorrect Items

1. Contact Us
Within seven (7) days of receiving the delivery, please contact us via CONTACT on this site and provide the following information:
• Order number
• Name
• Address
• Telephone number
Please note: Returns or exchanges may be declined if you do not contact us in advance.
2. Returning the Item
Return the item with all tags, accessories, and the delivery statement intact, following the Company's instructions.
Please note that the return or exchange process may take some time to complete. However, as long as you have contacted us within seven (7) days of receiving your item, the process will be accepted regardless of how long the resolution takes.

Refunds

For purchases made using a credit card, refunds will be initiated after the returned item is received and confirmed.
