RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges at the customer’s convenience are not accepted.
However, returns or exchanges for items with initial defects or that have been sent by mistake will be accepted, provided all of the following requirements are met.
・The customer contacts the Company through CONTACT on this site within seven (7) days of the item being delivered.
・The item has not been used and its tags are still attached.
・All accessories and the statement of delivery are provided.
When the customer has returned the item by following the Company’s designated procedure, the item will be exchanged for a correct one. Please note that it will not be possible to exchange the item for a different item, colour or size.
A refund will only be given if the item is out of stock.
If there is any problem with an item that you have purchased at a physical store, inquiries should be made directly to that store.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURES FOR WRONG OR FALTY ITEMS
Within seven (7) days of receiving delivery, please contact us through CONTACT on this site, making sure to provide your order number, name, address, and telephone number. Please be aware that if you do not contact us in advance, your return or exchange request may be declined.
When returning an item, please use cash-on-delivery to send back the relevant item as-is, with all tags, accessories and the statement of delivery.

For purchases made by credit card, we will initiate refund procedures by contacting the credit card company, after we have received the returned item. Please be aware that it may take time for you to receive your refund, depending on how each credit company handles refund procedures. Please contact your credit card company if you have any questions regarding the amount of the refund posted on your statement.
