Ordering Items
When you place an order and click the "Complete Order" button, you will be redirected to a "Your Order Is Confirmed" page. This confirms that a sales contract for the selected items has been concluded between you and us. After this point, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.
If you are not redirected to the confirmation page but the order appears as completed in your account, the order is still considered finalised.
After completing an order, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address you provided. Depending on your email security settings, this email may not be received. If you do not receive it, please contact us via the CONTACT page to verify your order.
While we aim to display product images as accurately as possible, variations may occur depending on viewing environments or devices.
Stock Availability: In rare cases, items may be unavailable due to simultaneous orders. If this occurs, a refund will be issued. Refund processing times depend on your credit card provider.
Order Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
• You have previously violated these Terms of Use. • The information provided is false or incomplete. • Your ability to fulfil payment obligations is uncertain. • You engage in unauthorised purchasing activities, such as reselling for profit or misrepresentation.
Payment Methods
The total charge includes the item price, consumption tax, and shipping fees. Payments must be made using a credit card in your own name (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX).
You are subject to the terms and conditions of your credit card provider. Any disputes must be resolved directly with them.
Shipping of Items
Domestic orders are shipped within Japan only. Items are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after order receipt, excluding weekends, public holidays, and New Year holidays. Delivery dates cannot be selected.
Each order is shipped separately. Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single shipment, even if sent to the same address.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. If delivery fails due to customer-related issues (incorrect address, refusal, or failure to accept delivery), we may cancel the order and refuse future orders.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using DHL Express. Shipments to mainland China are sent via Japan Post EMS.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. • Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination region and package weight (actual or volumetric, whichever is greater). • Shipping fees are fixed and displayed at checkout. They are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
All orders shipped outside Japan may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
• Customs fees are determined by the destination country's regulations and are collected by local authorities or the carrier at the time of delivery. • We are unable to predict or guarantee the exact amount charged. As a general reference, EU customers may expect import duty of approximately 12% on clothing, plus VAT at the applicable local rate (e.g. 20% in France). • If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, the customer remains responsible for any return shipping costs and no refund will be issued for the original shipping fee. • We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.
Returning and Exchanging Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, the following conditions must be met:
• Contact us via the CONTACT page within seven (7) days of delivery. • The item is unused and tags remain attached. • All original accessories and the delivery statement are included.
Items must be returned using a trackable delivery method, as instructed. If a defect or error is confirmed, the item will be exchanged for the same item only. Refunds will be issued only if the item is out of stock.
For items purchased at physical stores, please contact the store directly.
International Returns
For international orders, returns are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrect items, consistent with our standard Returns and Exchanges policy.
• Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by us. • All international returns must use a DHL return label issued by us. Returns sent independently may incur import taxes and cannot be accepted. • The original shipping fee is non-refundable. • If a return is initiated at the customer's discretion (not due to a defect or error on our part), any costs associated with returning the item are the customer's responsibility. • To initiate a return, please contact us via the CONTACT page within 7 days of delivery.
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damages arising from system interruptions, delays, data loss, or unauthorised access caused by technical issues, natural disasters, social unrest, or service provider disruptions.
Prohibited Acts
Users are prohibited from the following actions:
• Violating laws or public order. • Providing false information during registration. • Using the site for unauthorised commercial purposes. • Reproducing or distributing content without permission. • Infringing intellectual property rights. • Tampering with systems or data. • Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us.
