Due to system specifications, adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee its availability until the purchase process is completed.
Because multiple customers may add the same item to their carts at the same time, stock may sell out if another customer completes their purchase before you finalise yours.
Completing Orders
Once your order has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered.
Please keep this email for your records, as it contains your order details and order number.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, there may have been an issue with the transaction. In such cases, please contact us via the CONTACT page in the menu.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase by submitting a cancellation request through the form below.
Please note that cancellation requests made after this 6-hour window cannot be accepted.
