WHOLESALE TERMS & ORDER POLICY

1. Ordering Method

Orders may be placed at any time via our wholesale ordering system.

The wholesale collection is currently integrated with our store collection.
All items available for wholesale purchase reflect current available stock only.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be edited within the system.
An Order Confirmation will be issued by email.
If adjustments are required, please contact us immediately.
We may either amend the order manually or request a revised order submission.

2. Stock Availability

Some styles are held in deeper stock; however, certain items are produced in limited quantities.

We recommend placing orders promptly for key or popular items, as availability may change quickly.

Selected styles may be restocked, but production lead times are typically 3–6 months.

We will notify you when restocks or new deliveries become available.

3. New Items

Approximately 15 new items are introduced each month.

4. Fulfilment & Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as possible.

Standard fulfilment time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping details and arrangements will be confirmed separately.

5. Payment Terms

Net 60: Payment is due within 60 days from invoice date.

If payment has not been received after 60 days, subsequent deliveries may be placed on hold until the outstanding balance has been settled.

All prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY).
