Delivery Timing
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after you place them (excluding weekends, public holidays and the New Year holidays). Delivery dates cannot be selected. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order yourself within 6 hours of placing it. After 6 hours, you can send a cancellation request. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. See our Refund Policy for details.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges for the customer's convenience are not generally accepted. Items with an initial defect or sent in error can be returned or exchanged if you contact us via CONTACT on this site within 7 days of delivery. If a replacement is available, we will exchange the item and pay the shipping both ways. If no replacement is available, we will refund the full amount. See our Refund Policy for details.
