Sector Ltd. ("Sector" or "this site") provides products and services in accordance with these Terms of Use. By using the Christopher Nemeth Online Store, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
We reserve the right to revise the site and these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
Scope and Revision of the Terms
These Terms of Use apply to all users of the site, including ordering, registration, and access to information. We may revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice or user consent. Revised terms shall immediately replace previous versions and apply to all users.
Ordering Items
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it. Because several customers may add the same item to their carts at the same time, the item may sell out if another customer completes their purchase before you finalise yours.
When you place an order and click the "Complete Order" button, you will be redirected to a "Your Order Is Confirmed" page. This confirms that a sales contract for the selected items has been concluded between you and us. After this point, changes to the order cannot be made.
If you are not redirected to the confirmation page but the order appears as completed in your account, the order is still considered finalised.
After completing an order, a confirmation email with your order details and order number will be sent automatically to the email address you provided. Please keep it for your records. Depending on your email security settings, this email may not be received. If you do not receive it, please contact us via the CONTACT page to verify your order.
While we aim to display product images as accurately as possible, variations may occur depending on viewing environments or devices.
Stock Availability: In rare cases, items may be unavailable due to simultaneous orders. If this occurs, a refund will be issued. Refund processing times depend on your credit card provider.
Gift Wrapping: We do not offer gift wrapping for orders placed through our online store.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order yourself within 6 hours of placing it, using the "Cancel order" link in your order confirmation email or on Your order (cancel, receipt, return). After 6 hours, you can still send a cancellation request from the same page. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Order Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
• You have previously violated these Terms of Use. • The information provided is false or incomplete. • Your ability to fulfil payment obligations is uncertain. • You engage in unauthorised purchasing activities, such as reselling for profit or misrepresentation.
Prices and Charges
The total charge includes the item price, consumption tax (where applicable) and the shipping fee.
Prices are displayed in your local currency depending on your region (United States and Canada: USD, United Kingdom: GBP, Australia and New Zealand: AUD, all other regions including the EU: JPY). If you pay with a card in a different currency, the final amount charged depends on the exchange rate applied by your card provider.
Consumption tax: • Domestic (Japan): 10%, included in the price. • International: qualifying exports are generally exempt from Japanese consumption tax. Where applicable, the tax adjustment is reflected at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Payment Methods
You can pay by credit card in your own name (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay (Shopify Payments).
Your card details are sent securely and directly to your card provider for verification. We do not store or share your payment information. You are subject to the terms and conditions of your credit card provider. Any disputes must be resolved directly with them.
We ship internationally from Japan. Orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or GST, and customs clearance or carrier handling fees, depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless they have been collected or prepaid by us at checkout. Unless stated at checkout, the item price and shipping fee do not include them.
Customs charges vary by country and depend on factors such as the product type, declared value, country of origin and applicable customs regulations. The following information is a general guide only:
• European Union: Import VAT may apply. From 1 July 2026, a temporary €3 customs duty applies to qualifying items in consignments valued at €150 or less under the applicable EU rules. Other duties may apply depending on the shipment. • United Kingdom: For qualifying direct sales to customers in Great Britain, UK VAT is generally collected at checkout on consignments valued at £135 or less. For consignments above £135, import VAT, customs duties and carrier fees may be payable upon importation. Different rules may apply to Northern Ireland. • United States: Customs duties, tariffs and applicable import fees may apply regardless of order value. Charges depend on current US import rules, product classification, country of origin and shipment details. • Australia: GST may be collected at checkout on eligible low-value goods. For consignments valued above AUD $1,000, import GST, customs duties and clearance charges may apply. • Other regions: Charges vary according to local regulations. We recommend checking your country's customs requirements before placing an order.
Actual amounts depend on the applicable duty rates, tax rules, product classification, country of origin and customs valuation. Where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be required to pay them directly to customs authorities or the carrier before delivery.
If a package is refused or remains unclaimed due to unpaid duties, taxes or other import charges, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and other charges incurred. The original shipping fee is not refunded, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
